Phoenix Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

• Standard Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment method used is no longer available, store credit will be provided instead.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges for different colors, sizes, or similar items are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• If the exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
